1) Get Going
Life is all about keep going with the momentum. There are two types of momentum – positive momentum and negative momentum. Positive momentum will make you feel good and take you to right direction. So it is extremely important to be positive in all situation. There is no end, till life is there. If one door is closed, other will open. If you are not getting promotion, it’s ok. It is part of life.May be life is compensating it with something else. You see people around you successful in their carrier. Start your day early. Sunshine has power to make your day. When you get up early in the morning. You can admire the beauty of morning. You can get everyone together on the table to have breakfast. You can leave home on time and can avoid morning hush through traffic. And at night you can retire for the day early. Just give it a try for a week and you will absorb great changes yourself.
3) Make a ‘To Do list’
This is the most important tasks in today’s world. Where we are occupied with so many things and that too with so much hindrance around such as Facebook, twitter and most killer whatsup. Chances are there that we miss small but important tasks. So better to make A to do list and prioritize the things. Finish off most important thing first. It works most of the time. You will see a great productivity out of your day, because this will ensure you to align your task with the time available.

4) Have a break

Take short and frequent break to refresh yourself. Go for coffee/tea with colleagues and friends or you can take a break to play some sports. In this way you are allowing yourself to move away from computer. This is certainly good for your health, especially for eyes. It also refreshes your brain.
5) Accept your Limitation
Accept yourself, accept your limitation. No one is perfect and we can’t change everything. So better accept the things we can’t change. Accepting things does not mean to stop trying. But when we accept the bad phase in life we stop defending ourselves and start moving forward. And certainly that is life.

6. Be kind
Be kind to everyone. Even to yourself as well. Forgive others and yourself for the mistakes. Life is surely imperfect. And we are not here to set the benchmarks of perfections. We are here to live. So better to be kind and generous. Carry a smile. You never know your smile can make some one’s day.
7. Take up Hobby
Everyone is good at something or enjoy doing something different. But over the time we stop practicing our hobby. Sometime hobby brings the real you. So take our sometime for your hobby. You never know when you create a master piece. Plus it is a great way to beat stress as well. You can always learn a new language. Learning a new language is a real fun. You really don’t believe me? Ask a child who learns new words from his friends in the school.
8. Break the loop
We are living our life like a dead lock. Getting up in morning, going to office, coming back and then retiring to bed. Again same thing the next day. Isn’t it. Life has become like a preprogrammed robot. We are doing almost similar things at the same time across days and month. Of course we can’t change much in our daily routine. But we can always bring some small changes every day to have a betterment in our life. 9. Face the Fear

Everyone should face his fear to kill it. Everyday do something you are uncomfortable with. This will help you to overcome your fear.
