How to form kalesvara mudra?

1) Place the pads of your middle fingers together.

2) Now touch the first two joints of index fingers and touch your thumbs.

3) Bend your other fingers inward.

4) Point your thumbs toward your chest.

5) Now spread out your elbows to the outside.

6) Inhale and exhale slowly 10 times.

7)  Then observe your breath and lengthen the pause after inhalation and  exhalation. Pause after exhalation should be a more.
